Night time skin care routine

If any of you guys follow my blog, or have ever looked at my Instagram, then you know I love beauty products! My very unorganized bathroom drawers are full of products that I love to try out! However, I have a few tried and true favorites that I have purchased over and over again. I thought it would be fun to share my current nighttime skin care routine. For reference, my skin is very dry, however, these products are great even if you don’t have dry skin!

First, I cleanse with my Tula cleanser and facial cleansing brush. This brush is so great, and one of my favorite purchase lately! It comes with four different attachments, including a brush for sensitive skin, a brush for deeper cleaning, and a massage roller (the fourth attachment is a sponge and I haven’t actually tried it). I mainly use the brush for sensitive skin and the massage roller, which helps increase circulation. This is an Amazon purchase and is only $25! It has two different speed settings and is waterproof, so you can use it in the shower. I have tried out similar brushes that cost around $120, and if you don’t want to spend that much then I highly recommend this one! I have a full review of the Tula cleanser on the blog. It is fine and gets the job done, but I think you can find less expensive options that work just as well!

Next, I apply Drunk Elephant B-Hydra Intensive Hydration Serum. I discovered this brand when I was pregnant and wanted to invest in clean beauty products. This product has Vitamin B-5 and pineapple ceramides and is made to help provide hydration throughout the day. These products are vegan and cruelty free and are made to easily penetrate the skin. The products are a little pricey but they are such great quality and last forever. They also have minis for sale if you want to try the products first!

After I apply the B-Hydra, then I use the Drunk Elephant Shaba Complex eye serum. This is a velvety smooth serum that is made to treat fine lines and wrinkles around the sensitive eye area. It is packed with antioxidants that help prevent future aging and help combat sun damage.

After applying these serums, I move on to my face cream. I am currently using (and loving) the Colleen Rothschild Extreme Recovery Cream. I can’t say enough about this cream. It is light and absorbs so easily, but manages to provide so much hydration! These products claim to have technology that helps key ingredients work even better-and I definitely think they do! All Colleen Rothschild products are currently on sale BOGO half off! It is such a great time to try out this line.

The last step in my routine is to apply the Colleen Rothschild Face Oil No.9. This is by far the best facial oil I have ever used, and I have tried several. It absorbs so nicely into your skin, and it feels like silk as you apply it. It is made up of nine different oils (hence the name Face Oil No. 9) and is truly luxurious. It is formulated to improve the skin’s moisture barrier, nourish thirsty skin and boost radiance after just one application.

A couple of times a week, I use the amazing Palmer’s Coconut Sugar Facial Scrub and I am obsessed with this product. It uses really fine sugar crystals to provide exfoliation. It makes your skin feel so soft and so clean. Your makeup will go on flawlessly after using this!
